RIGHT NOW.\n\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\n\nSoftware Analyst Global IT Finance Delivery Region 2 \nPozna\u0144, Poland\n\nIn this role, you will work on globally used SAP Finance solutions, implementing technical enhancements that directly support John Deere\u2019s enterprise finance processes worldwide.\n\nYour responsibilities:\n\n * Support IT\u2011enabled operational business processes in Finance. The primary focus is on Controlling and General Ledger, with responsibility for European Region and active involvement in global, enterprise\u2011wide implementations across John Deere. Experience in other Finance areas such as Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable is a plus.\n * Analyze business requirements and design SAP Finance process solutions in close collaboration with development teams.\n * Work using agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).\n * Collaborate closely within the Scrum team\u2014including developers, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master and Product Owner\u2014to define new development and enhancement requirements in Finance.\n * Create professional documentation in English.\n\n\n\nOur requirements:\n\n * Very good hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance and finance processes, with a strong focus on Controlling and General Ledger; solid working knowledge of adjacent areas such as Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.\n * Basic knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules is desirable.\n * Completed degree from a University or a comparable qualification, combined with 2\u20133 years of professional experience.\n * Basic knowledge and initial experience with agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).\n * Good knowledge of creating functional specifications (hands\u2011on coding is not required for this role).\n * Good knowledge of creating technical specifications is an advantage.\n * Strong command of English, both written and spoken.\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n * You show initiative, are communicative and reliable, and are able to work effectively with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. \n * You can handle a high workload and perform well under deadline pressure. \n * You remain calm and objective when discussions become difficult or heated, and you are able to convince stakeholders over whom you have no direct line authority. \n * The role involves little travel.\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n * Employment contract. \n * Strong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Pozna\u0144.\n * Opportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.\n * Employee referral program.\n * Additional vacation days based on length of employment.\n * Holiday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off.\n * Daily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.\n * Private medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.\n * Free access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses.\n\n\n\nPlease attach an English version of your CV.\n\n \nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
