SAP HCM Consultant

• Support and maintain SAP HCM solutions.
  


• Configure and optimize SAP HCM functionalities.
  


• Work closely with HR stakeholders to improve business processes.
  


• Analyse and resolve incidents and application issues.
  


• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  


• Coordinate external SAP service providers.
  


• Participate in SAP implementation, testing and enhancement projects.
  


• Support integrations between SAP HCM and other systems.
  


• Ensure stable daily operations and continuous improvement.
  


• Contribute to the company's SAP transformation programme.
  

Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience with SAP HCM.
  


• Good understanding of HR business processes.
  


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM environments.
  


• Experience supporting business users.
  


• Strong analytical and communication skills.
  


• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  


• Good command of English.
  

• Experience with SAP FI/CO or willingness to develop in this area.
  


• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  


• Experience with HR system integrations.
  


• Basic SAP BASIS knowledge.
  


• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
