SAP S/4HANA Technical Advisor

• Advising on S/4HANA Clean Core strategy and ensuring compliance throughout the project,
  


• Supporting architectural decisions related to ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP, and extensibility approaches,
  


• Assessing and recommending on\-stack vs. side\-by\-side extension scenarios,
  


• Reviewing custom developments and technical designs for Clean Core compliance,
  


• Identifying potential risks, core modifications, and usage of unreleased APIs,
  


• Conducting design and code reviews and providing go/no\-go recommendations,
  


• Mentoring and guiding development teams on modern SAP development practices,
  


• Supporting the Trusted Advisor role in technical governance and decision\-making.
  

Requirements

• Professional Experience & Skills,
  


• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in technical or architectural roles,
  


• Strong, practical knowledge of Clean Core principles,
  


• Hands\-on experience with ABAP Cloud and ABAP Environment,
  


• Solid understanding of SAP BTP architecture and available services,
  


• Experience with on\-stack and side\-by\-side extensibility,
  


• Knowledge of CAP is a plus,
  


• Ability to advise, review, and guide teams rather than act as a delivery developer.
  

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills,
  


• Advisory mindset with a hands\-on approach for mentoring and reviews,
  


• Structured, independent, and reliable working style,
  


• Ability to collaborate effectively with international technical teams,
  


• German – conversational level (required),
  


• English – very good.
