Job Description - Senior Business Manager


We’re looking for a commercially strong Business Manager with a proven track record in opening new accounts, winning enterprise clients, and growing profitable revenue in the IT consulting and contracting market.

This role is for a true rainmaker.

You’ll drive new business, build strategic client relationships, close contracts, and expand accounts across technology services and AI-driven offerings.







Responsibilities:







  • Open new customer accounts and generate new revenue

  • Build a strong pipeline across banking, insurance, fintech, telecom, retail, and other enterprise sectors

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to contract signature and account growth

  • Win business across software engineering, cloud, data, infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, and IT consulting services

  • Drive commercial growth of AI services including GenAI solutions, AI agents, and automation

  • Build strong relationships with decision makers, hiring managers, procurement, and senior stakeholders

  • Negotiate pricing, margins, contracts, and cooperation models

  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and convert them into revenue

  • Maintain strong ownership of pipeline, forecasts, CRM discipline, and commercial performance






Requirements



  • 4–12 years of experience in bodyshopping, IT contracting, staff augmentation, or technology services

  • Proven ability to open new accounts and build revenue from scratch

  • Strong understanding of IT market, roles, and recruitment-driven sales

  • Track record of winning clients and closing deals in a competitive environment

  • Confidence in negotiating rates, margins, and long-term partnerships

  • Ability to work independently and deliver against sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Fluent Polish and English

  • Interest or experience in AI services is a strong advantage

  • Extensive network in C+ level positions and IT Managers within large corporations in Poland and Outside
