Job Description - Senior CRM & Personalisation Analyst


We are looking for a CRM Campaign Analyst to join a customer engagement and personalisation team focused on increasing customer activity through data-driven communication and marketing initiatives. The role combines campaign configuration, customer segmentation, personalisation, and journey design, with direct responsibility for building and optimising campaigns within CRM platforms.

This is a hands-on position requiring practical experience with campaign execution rather than purely business-side campaign management. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to improve customer engagement, communication effectiveness, and personalisation across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Increase customer engagement through advanced personalisation initiatives
• Design customer communication processes based on customer data and behaviour
• Configure campaigns within SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH
• Build and optimise customer journeys and communication workflows
• Prepare requirements and specifications for CRM platform enhancements
• Analyse proposed solutions and participate in testing activities
• Support real time personalisation initiatives
• Cooperate with business and technology stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness






Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing CRM campaigns
• Advanced knowledge of SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH
• Practical experience configuring campaigns within CRM platforms
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases
• Experience with customer segmentation, targeting and personalisation
• Experience implementing customer communication processes
• Strong analytical skills
• English minimum B2

Nice to have

• Banking experience
• SAS 4GL knowledge
• Experience with customer engagement programmes in financial services
• Real time personalisation experience
