Senior Fullstack Consultant (Java + React) 1

Type of contract: B2B contract 
Salary range: 125 - 160 PLN/h 

What will you do?

You will work on a modern client onboarding platform for Global Banking and Markets, building a seamless and user-friendly experience for corporate and institutional clients. The role focuses on developing scalable solutions, improving performance and stability, and contributing to innovative initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline onboarding processes.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java


• Build modern frontend features using React


• Extend existing functionalities and fix issues in the codebase


• Design and implement REST APIs in microservices architecture


• Write automated tests to ensure quality and reliability


• Collaborate in CI/CD processes and deployments


• Implement security best practices across services and endpoints


• Improve application performance and production stability


• Participate in platform and process improvement initiatives


• Provide production support on a rotational basis

Requirements:

• Strong Java 8+ knowledge


• Good knowledge of React JS


• Experience debugging and extending existing applications


• Understanding of microservices architecture


• Ability to design and build REST APIs


• Experience writing automated tests


• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools


• Knowledge of application security practices


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Ability to work in fast-paced collaborative environment


• Good understanding of database schema design


• Openness to work hybrid from our client office 2 days a week

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL


• Experience with DevOps POD model
