DescriptionThe Senior Human Resources Business Partner will partner with business leaders in Poland to deliver people strategies that support organizational performance, growth, employee engagement, and compliance with Polish employment legislation.
Acting as a trusted adviser and coach, the Senior HRBP will translate global, EMEA, and local HR priorities into practical business outcomes, supporting leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
This role will require an HR leader that can demonstrate strategic and leadership abilities but also thrive in a busy environment where there will be an initial requirement to be operational and "role-up-your-sleeves".
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnering
- Partner with senior leaders to align people plans with business objectives.
- Provide strategic and practical HR guidance across workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Use workforce data, business insight, and HR metrics to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Build trusted relationships and challenge constructively to deliver better business outcomes.
Organizational Change & Transformation
- Lead and support organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and redesign initiatives.
- Develop practical change plans that support effective implementation, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Leadership Coaching & Development
- Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability, communication, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
- Support managers in building high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams.
Performance & Talent Management
- Lead and support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions.
- Coach managers to address performance matters effectively and build leadership pipelines.
Employee Relations & Employment Law
- Manage complex employee relations matters with professionalism, consistency, and sound judgement.
- Provide guidance on Polish employment legislation, company policies, investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, consultations, and employment risk.
- Partner with Legal where appropriate and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
Culture, Engagement & Inclusion
- Champion the organization’s values, culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and leadership expectations.
- Support leaders in improving engagement, communication, and the overall employee experience.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or contribute to regional and global HR initiatives, including annual performance, compensation, promotion, talent, and organizational planning processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve employee experience, and share best practice across EMEA.
Stakeholder Management & Influencing
The Senior HRBP is expected to build credibility quickly and influence effectively across the organization.

QualificationsEssential
- Significant HRBP experience in a complex international organization, with strong knowledge of Polish employment legislation.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and leading organizational change.
- Strong coaching, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills in Polish and English.
- Commercially aware, data-informed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience in technology, analytics, financial services, shared services, matrix, regional, or international environments.
- Professional HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent.
