We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to strengthen the HR function in Wroclaw with a strong focus on sustainability reporting (CSRD), manufacturing KPI management, employee relations/disciplinary processes, and regional HR project support.
This role will act as a regional key contributor for Europe & Africa, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and consistent HR governance aligned with Toyota Boshoku standards.
Job description:
1. CSRD & Sustainability Reporting (Lead Role)
- Act as HR lead for CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) for the Europe & Africa region
- Coordinate and consolidate qualitative and quantitative HR sustainability data across entities
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Sustainability, Legal, and Finance functions
- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in HR sustainability processes and data quality
2. HR KPI Management (Manufacturing Scope)
- Own and coordinate monthly HR KPIs for manufacturing companies across the region
- Ensure data consistency, validation, and alignment with corporate definitions
- Analyze trends and provide insightful reporting to management
- Support management in data-driven decision-making and improvement actions
- Contribute to standardization and harmonization of KPI frameworks
3. Employee Relations & Disciplinary Cases
- Manage and follow up on regional disciplinary cases in line with company policies and local labor law
- Ensure fair, compliant, and consistent handling of employee relations topics
- Provide guidance to line managers on performance management, misconduct, and corrective actions
- Support investigations, documentation, and communication for sensitive cases
- Promote a culture of compliance, respect, and integrity
4. Regional HR Projects Support
- Act as HR contributor in regional HR projects and initiatives (e.g. grading, mobility, HR digitalization, policy harmonization)
- Support project leads with data preparation, coordination, and implementation follow-up
- Ensure alignment between regional projects and local site execution
- Contribute to best practice sharing and continuous HR improvement across locations
Requirements:
- University degree (bachelor) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- In-depth knowledge of regional HR practices, compliance, reporting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Driving license
