Are you an experienced technology leader passionate about building scalable integration platforms and leading high-performing teams?

At DSV Contract Logistics, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Integrations to drive the future of our integration landscape and help connect business systems, partners, digital platforms, and warehouse automation technologies across our global operations.

In this strategic leadership role, you will lead a team of approximately 20 developers and architects, working closely with Enterprise Integration, Enterprise Architecture, and senior stakeholders across DSV to build the next generation of integration capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and drive the integration strategy and roadmap for Contract Logistics IT.


• Lead the development of a modern, scalable, and future-ready integration platform.


• Modernize existing solutions and simplify complex integration landscapes.


• Ensure alignment with DSV's enterprise architecture and integration standards.


• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of software developers and architects.


• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across DSV.


• Drive operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement.


• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and strategic technology initiatives.

What You Bring

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in an IT leadership role managing technical teams.


• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms.


• Experience with cloud technologies, modern infrastructure, and cybersecurity.


• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Experience driving technology transformation and modernization initiatives.


• Fluent written and spoken English.
