 Senior Marketing Automation Manager

Are you passionate about building marketing automation at an enterprise level and driving measurable business impact? Do you thrive in an international environment and enjoy shaping strategy, customer journeys, and data-driven decisions? Then join our international Digital team as Senior Marketing Automation Specialist.

In this role, you will own and further develop our business Marketing Automation strategy in Marketo, with a strong focus on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and supporting sales opportunity creation. You will define and optimize lifecycle communications across email and other relevant channels.

You will act as the strategic driver behind targeting, segmentation, personalization, lifecycle design, attribution, and performance measurement. In doing so, you will define business requirements and work closely with IT, Data teams, and the Marketo Application Manager.

With your deep expertise in Marketing Automation, you will also steer and mentor a Junior Marketing Automation Manager.
