We are seeking an experienced Senior P2P Analyst – Payments to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of payment processing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all transactions. You will play a key part in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting smooth operations within our global organization.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Execute payment processing accurately and on time, meeting KPIs and service level agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Obtain appropriate approvals for payments in line with the Delegation of Authority.
Prepare analytical reports and accounting schedules to support decision-making.
Review monthly reconciliations and resolve outstanding items promptly.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, vendor queries, and internal staff concerns related to payments, escalating when necessary.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the P2P function.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in payment processing or P2P operations; shared services experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or equivalent ERP tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High standard for accuracy, proactively drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a culture of operational excellence.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
