Job Description - Senior Platform Engineer

Develop and support existing platform systems
Analyze current problems and find engineering solutions
Work closely with OSS/BSS management to develop requirements and solutions
Develop and implement new supporting platform systems
Deploy, set up, and integrate third-party systems (both self-hosted and external) to support operational processes like payment gateways, billing, accounting systems, BI, ERP, etc.
Provide technical leadership, gather requirements, and develop the architecture of BSS/OSS
Collaborate with product development teams to integrate with BSS systems

Examples of Problems You Will Solve:

Set up and help implement a unified Single Sign-On (SSO) system for company users
Implement automated systems for archiving and anonymizing data
Automate company invoicing processes, including generating PDF invoices, sending them to clients, and transferring information to the company's accounting systems
Integrate new payment gateways into the platform
Develop a user role access system
Implement systems to audit user actions in the company's product systems

3+ years of engineering and development experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in development with PHP and Golang
Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Experience with third-party API integrations
Knowledge of design patterns and principles of web services development
Understanding and acceptance of Agile Manifesto values

Tech Stack:

Main Technologies: PHP (Yii 2, Symfony 6), Go, Docker, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
Also Using: Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Postman, JIRA, Jenkins, Slack

Experience with telecommunications and understanding of VoIP telephony principles
Experience working with ClickHouse and billing systems
