Senior Product Owner Consultant

Type of contract: B2B contract

Salary range: 150 - 205 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will play a key role in the discovery phase of a new digital investment product built within mobile banking. This role goes far beyond backlog ownership, as you will help shape the product vision, define the MVP, validate hypotheses, and influence the solution direction. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment that combines start-up agility with the scale of a large organisation.

Your tasks

• Shape the product vision, MVP and discovery approach


• Define hypotheses and validate product ideas with stakeholders and users


• Co-create the solution direction for digital investment journeys


• Lead product discovery activities for onboarding, accounts, investing and portfolios


• Work closely with senior business stakeholders and present recommendations in executive context


• Translate customer and business needs into clear product direction


• Support rapid iterations and decision making in a product-focused team


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a simple and intuitive mobile experience

Your skills

• 
  
  Strong experience in product discovery and MVP definition

  Ability to work in a hypothesis-driven product environment
  
  


• 
  
  Practical experience in shaping product strategy and vision
  
  


• 
  
  Experience building digital products, ideally in fintech or financial services
  
  


• 
  
  Knowledge of investment products such as stocks, ETFs or funds
  
  


• 
  
  Understanding of retail investing and wealth management solutions
  
  


• 
  
  Experience with brokerage or capital markets domains
  
  


• 
  
  Hands-on experience designing mobile applications and self-service journeys

  Understanding of digital investment onboarding processes and MiFID requirements

  Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and present to executive audiences

  Experience working with financial institutions or fintech companies
