Senior Royalties Analyst

What you'll do:

• Encode artist contracts in the royalty accounting system


• Prepare and verify royalty statements and reports for artists


• Distribute statements and support artists in using the portal


• Handle the payment process and support month-end closing


• Respond to artist inquiries regarding settlements


• Support the implementation and development of royalty systems and tools


• Collaborate with collective rights management organizations


• Prepare reports and analyses (local and international)

Who you are:

• Strong experience in a similar role within Finance or Royalties


• Very good knowledge of Excel and SAP


• Fluent communication in English and Polish


• Relevant education (finance, accounting) and understanding of copyright law basics


• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and deadline-driven person


• Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate conclusions
