As part of its continued international expansion and Finance transformation, the Group is strengthening its Finance organization to improve accounting reliability, reporting quality, governance and scalability across all jurisdictions.
The role
The Senior Treasury Specialist owns day-to-day cash management for the Group and acts as the main operational contact for its banking partners across all countries.
The position covers cash forecasting and liquidity, the preparation and execution of Group payments, payment governance, bank account and mandate administration, KYC processes and the treasury control framework, moving the Group from decentralized cash monitoring to a structured and proactive treasury model.
Main Responsibilities
Cash Management & Liquidity
– Own the Group week cash flow forecast and consolidate daily cash positions across all entities;
– Monitor liquidity and funding needs, challenge assumptions and investigate forecast variances;
– Manage multi-currency positions, FX exposures and intercompany funding flows;
– Identify liquidity risks early and propose the corresponding actions.
Banking Relationships
– Act as day-to-day contact for the Group banking partners in all countries of operation;
– Manage the banking landscape account openings and closures, rationalization of the structure and scope of services;
– Negotiate and monitor banking fees, conditions and quality of service, and support discussions on financing, guarantees and payment solutions.
KYC & Bank Account Administration
– Own the KYC and due-diligence processes with all banking partners and keep documentation up to date (corporate documents, UBO, signatories, mandates);
– Maintain a complete mapping of bank accounts, signatories, mandates and e-banking access;
– Coordinate account openings, closures and access changes, including user on and offboarding on banking platforms.
Payment Preparation, Execution & Governance
– Prepare, control and execute the Group payment runs, suppliers, payroll, taxes and intercompany on the banking platforms;
– Verify beneficiary and bank details before release and handle urgent or exceptional payments;
– Coordinate payment campaigns with Accounting and arbitrate priorities against liquidity;
– Maintain robust approval workflows and segregation of duties, and enforce Group treasury policies, delegations of mandate governance;
– Strengthen fraud prevention (supplier bank-details changes, payment verification) and support audit requests.
Reporting & Tools
– Produce the consolidated cash position, treasury dashboards and the weekly cash committee;
– Improve banking connectivity, automate treasury reporting and document procedures.
Wymagania
– Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury, Accounting or equivalent;
– 3–6 years in corporate treasury or cash management, ideally within an international group;
– Strong experience in cash forecasting, payment execution, banking operations and bank relationship management;
– Practical knowledge of KYC requirements, bank mandates and payment governance;
– Advanced Excel skills, ERP and/or treasury management systems and e-banking platforms (Odoo a plus);
– Fluent English required; Polish strongly preferred.
