WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

Vendor Management is a global function with representation in Denmark, Poland and the Philippines. The position is located in Warsaw, Poland as a part of Group Legal & Compliance, where Vendor Management is organized. Vendor Management consists of two teams where the Vendor Relationship Managers are located in Warsaw, Poland and IT Performance Management is located in Manila, Philippines. Your manager is located at HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Vendor Relationship Manager is accountable for a portfolio of international vendors across Simcorp and is responsible for all lifecycle governance post contract signature. Contracts under management will vary in scope and criticality. The role is reporting to the Head of Vendor Management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

Executing day-to-day Contract Governance. Scheduling and running vendor governance with business and  Service Operations

  • Monitor overall governance and participate in contractual meetings
  • Ensure and validate ongoing services are provided according to agreements
  • Serve as point of escalation for issues relating to the contract
  • Manage the contract change process
  • Liaise with the process owners throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Supporte the Business and Contract Owner in all contractual matters and questions and help using the Contract to the benefit of SimCorp
  • Facilitate  Risk Management, Due Diligence and compliance processes
  • Ongoing maturing of TPRM Policy, Procedures and and tooling

You have experience with outsourcing, regulatory compliance, and procurement contracts from FinTech. You are structured, service minded, detail and quality oriented.

  • A relevant Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing complex vendors and contracts.
  • Broad understanding of Information Technology.
  • Structured, capable of organizing tasks and with drive
  • Proficient in English with solid analytical skills
  • Accept responsibility and initiatives, challenge and propose
  • Ability to summarize and communicate complex and detailed matters
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively implement projects and deliver services
  • Ideal candidate would have comprehensive experience from the Banking industry or a highly regulated environment
