As a SSD Expert for Installed Base, you have the opportunity to provide operational support to our healthcare customers on a daily basis, by taking the lead in process knowledge and improvements across Installed Base scope.
 

Your role:

You're the right fit if:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience within Services department at Philips within Installed Base process
• Bachelor's degree
• You know English language on min. C1 level
• You have an analytical mind
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, Service board and Salesforce
• You always keep a high standard of communication
• You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
