- Analyze market trends, competitor service strategies, and customer needs to provide structured insights to the SCM organization
- Support cost structure analysis and pricing optimization in collaboration with Finance for service proposals
- Contribute to pre-tender clarifications and prepare competitive service proposals aligned with Polish Sales teams
- Prepare and review standard service agreements, supporting negotiations and ensuring compliance and smooth contract handover
- Manage and create direct service offers in CRM including spare parts, warranty extensions, training, and site visits
- Act as first point of contact for Polish customers on non-LTSA service requests in coordination with the SCS team
