In this role, you have the opportunity to

Coordinate the team of Business Planners for your modality and manage the customer & inventory performance of a portfolio of service parts, as well as support the New Parts Introduction process with our global partners within the Business.

You are responsible for

• Strategically plan Connected Care parts portfolio and coordinate the team of Business Planners in Connected Care planning.
• Lead parts planning optimization to ensure the planning parameter is updated – accommodating the changes (e.g. forecast, supply outlook)
• Utilizing the advanced planning tool to periodically validate and update the parts planning, follow-up on planning alerts, and master data management.
• Managing the End to End Planning Process: demand forecasting, stock target setting and supply planning; for the responsible part portfolio across the network of 3 central and 120 market locations.
• Lead monthly S&OP supply review, define & review the mid & long term supply plan.
• Partnering with colleagues within SPS : supply planning team, regional planning team, supply management team, SPS Master data, SPS ASAP desk, SPS logistic and other disciplines to secure parts availability for the customer.
• Optimize inventory and E&O level for your modality and drive appropriate actions towards defined target.
• Lead the inventory and E&O update and walkthrough with Business representative
• Lead project(s) to improve the team efficiency and support Business and SPS central initiatives.
• Support SPS Supply Management in supplier transfer projects from SPS Planning point of view. 
• Represent SPS Planning in related Business projects (New Product Introduction, Engineering changes, Last Time Buy, Phase-outs) to ensure impact on service parts are considered and to execute on plan.
• Pro-actively manage a supply chain, Scenario Mapping /Root cause analysis/ Look and think ahead; build allocations in case of constraints.
• Support the business that you represented in case of escalation towards to SPS. 

You're the right fit if:

• you have Master or Bachelor’s Degree with Supply Chain Planning and/or Supply Chain operations,
• you have at least 7 years of working experience in Supply Chain operations, preferably at large company in an international environment,
• you are fluency in English
• you have strong analytical capabilities, clear communicator, standout colleague,
• you are detail oriented and able to make clear decisions with available information
• you have experience in working with a Supply Chain Planning tool (SPM preferred)
• Experience with LEAN deployment is preferred
