Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland is the newly opened branch of Toyota Boshoku Europe, the Europe & Africa headquarters of Toyota Boshoku. The Wrocław branch plays an important role towards Toyota Boshoku Europe’s expansion strategy, while strengthening Toyota Boshoku’s footprint in the EA region.

Located in the heart of the city of Wroclaw, well known for its high-level university, a modern infrastructure and a thriving ecosystem, Toyota Boshoku Europe Wroclaw branch is an evolving place with a growing team of colleagues who will provide support to our teams in Brussels, Munich and Adapazari in various fields such as production engineering, accounting and IT.

Job Description

Job location: Toyota Boshoku Poland plant in Wykroty


Job description:



  • Develop and maintain logistics standards, procedures, and guidelines for plants, ensuring alignment with TBEU policies and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to defining logistics concepts for transport (routes, modes, cost drivers), warehouse flows, packaging solutions, and network design

  • Monitor logistics KPIs (cost, service level, CO₂ and sustainability metrics) and support performance analysis, including root cause analysis  and follow-up of improvement actions

  • Participate in logistics RFQ processes, logistics supplier evaluation, and cost optimization activities, including transport cost models and benchmarking

  • Contribute to development of guidelines for import/export processes, including Incoterms, EU customs regulations (e.g. CBAM) and security requirements, and collaborate with plants and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in trade compliance

  • Collaborate with plants in resolving non-standard logistics and supply chain situations

  • Oversee monitoring of logistics partners (transport and warehouse), including performance and improvement activities

  • Support risk management, logistics cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives in assigned area

  • Participate in regional logistics projects

  • Work with multiple plants across the region, gaining exposure to diverse logistics setups and improvement opportunities

Requirements


  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business 

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (automotive industry is an advantage) 

  • Good analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring and problem solving 

  • Good understanding of logistics and transport processes, including cost drivers 

  • Understanding of international logistics (import/export, Incoterms) is an advantage 

  • Very good Excel skills; experience with BI tools or SAP is an advantage 

  • English obligatory min. B2

  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to tasks and improvements 

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment 

  • Experience working across multiple teams, functions, or locations is an advantage 

  • Willingness to travel for business reason (10% per year)
