The main purpose of the role is acting as an independent specialist reviewing and converting Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders, following up on delivery of goods and services and resolving price and quantity blocks for all invoices.
Your primary tasks will include:
Reviewing and approving all kinds of PRs
Providing support in sourcing for all kind of requests for assigned categories
Resolving price and quantity blocks for all invoices
Performing internal controls as per design
Writing and updating Work Instructions and any knowledge management files
Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
On-boarding new colleagues
Initiating improvements, participating and leading improvement projects
Performing ad hoc activities
Your future team
As our Specialist, you will be part of team who consists of around 14 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 20 entities around the world.
What you bring to the team
Higher university degree
1 -2 years of experience in Operational Procurement
Solid knowledge of Operational Procurement processes and systems (knowledge of Ariba is an asset)
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable SAP FI & MM modules)
English B2 level
Continuous improvement practical experience
Procurement courses (is an asset)

Annual base salary range: 81 500 - 112 090 PLN gross.
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
