You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. \n\nJob Description\n\nAs a Specialist with German you will:\n\n * Lead the administration of social security benefits, including retirement, disability, and healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.\n\n * Develop and update internal social security policies and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational changes.\n\n * Identify and implement global process improvements, collaborating with clients and internal teams.\n\n * Coordinate social security services across the client portfolio, ensuring accurate compliance and providing technical support.\n\n * Partner with external providers and government agencies to manage applications, certificates, and issue resolution.\n\n * Oversee submission and tracking of social security applications, verifying data accuracy and certificate validity.\n\n * Prepare reports and dashboards for clients and stakeholders, highlighting compliance status and improvement opportunities.\n\n * Support network offices, assignees, and clients with social security inquiries.\n\n * Develop and deliver internal training and technical guides for social security teams.\n\n\n\n\nQualification:\n\n * Fluent knowledge of German and English\n\n * Excellent written and oral communication skills\n\n * Excellent attention to detail\n\n * Proven organizational and case management skills\n\n * Quick learner and strong collaborative approach to working\n\n * Team player but able to work under own initiative\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information \n\n * This is a Fixed Term Contract\n\n * We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.\n\n * Please note, AI is used as part of the application process\n\n\n\n
