They're seeking an experienced Strategic Business Change Senior Manager to join their team in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact transformation programmes across global business areas, working directly with executive stakeholders to drive change at scale.

Position Overview

As Strategic Business Change Senior Manager, you'll lead key transformation initiatives within the Corporate and Institutional Banking division. You'll work closely with senior executives across global regions, developing business cases and driving strategic programmes that enable digital transformation. This role sits at the heart of business change, requiring you to influence without direct authority, manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver programmes that create lasting value across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic engagements within the transformation portfolio


• Influence executive stakeholders at General Manager, Managing Director and Director levels


• Develop business cases, proposals and high-impact presentations for senior forums


• Deliver accurate and timely management reports on initiatives and projects


• Plan proactively and provide regular updates tracking progress against objectives


• Chair steering committee and working group meetings as required


• Provide consulting and project management expertise across global initiatives


• Manage programme outcomes, costs, headcount, risks and issues effectively


• Ensure benefits and values are realised across all programme deliverables


• Maintain strict adherence to compliance and operational risk controls

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management or business change


• Proven track record developing business cases, proposals and executive presentations


• Demonstrated success delivering projects with high to medium complexity


• Ability to lead and influence large groups without formal reporting lines


• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail


• Proven project execution, delivery and stakeholder management capabilities


• Experience operating effectively across cultures and multicultural environments


• Resourcefulness in leveraging global resources to achieve objectives


• Strong relationship management and programme management skills


• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and secure timely decisions
