About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional to support manufacturing operations within a global industrial organization. This role will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization initiatives across assigned commodities and categories.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity, improve supplier performance, support new product initiatives, and contribute to overall business objectives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier selection processes, RFIs/RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance


• Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost optimization and risk reduction, and supply continuity


• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance and conducting business reviews


• Lead sourcing and cost-saving initiatives, including value engineering and processing improvement activities


• Support new product development and localization projects from a supply chain perspective


• Monitor market trends, inflation impacts, and purchasing price variance within assigned categories


• Maintain vendor master data and approved supplier documentation


• Collaborate with sourcing, quality, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other cross-functional teams


• Support working capital improvement initiatives, including payment terms and inventory optimization


• Assist with procurement escalations, reporting, and operational support as needed

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience within manufacturing environment


• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations


• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Power BI


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field 

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms


• Knowledge of LEAN principles and materials management


• Professional certifications related to procurement, supply chain, or project management


• Experience managing high-value sourcing portfolios within global organizations


• Familiarity with supplier development, cost-saving workshops, and continuous


• Improvement initiatives
