Supplier Management Expert (all genders)

This role can be done in a hybrid model, 2 days from the office in Wrocław.

Your Role:

As a Supplier Management Expert, you will be the face of our strategic supply base, managing relationships, contracts, financials, and performance to ensure optimal supplier performance for deals up to 8 digits. You will be responsible for driving contract change requests, terminations, and onboarding for suppliers within our portfolio. You will be managing issue resolution and supplier quarterly business reviews. Conducting supplier performance evaluations and data analytics. Actively supporting Sourcing Managers with daily operations related to supplier management and contract execution activities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align supplier capabilities with business objectives, prepare reports and presentations, utilize AI tools to enhance supplier management processes and performance metrics. You will be ensuring compliance with Procurement policies 

Who You Are:

  You have at least 2-3 years of experience in supplier/vendor and contract management. 

  
  

• 
  

  You have expertise in data contract analytics, financial management, issue resolution, and supplier training. 

  
  

• 
  

  You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP Ariba Source to Contract and P2P is a plus. 

  
  

• 
  

  You have good negotiation skills and the ability to push back effectively when necessary to ensure favorable outcomes.

  You are detail-oriented and focused on accuracy, ensuring that all aspects of supplier management are executed flawlessly. 

  
  

• 
  

  You have technical skills or the ability to work with AI tools and understand how to leverage them effectively in practice. 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in indirect sourcing support, particularly in IT categories such as applications, infrastructure, and R&D data analytics is a plus

  You possess project management skills.
