Supply Chain Management Specialist (Reporting/Power BI)

The position

Looking for a role where you can directly support a rapidly developing Supply Chain team in GBS with high quality reporting and data transparency? As Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant supply chain reporting that supports operational performance, decision making, and stakeholder alignment.
You will not only prepare and maintain critical reports and KPIs, but also contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement of the reporting framework. Together with your team, you will ensure that all reporting activities meet corporate standards and enable a high quality service delivery.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Mangement Specialist you will:

• Execute, maintain, and ensure compliance of Supply Chain (SC) processes and procedures within the GBS service portfolio.


• Coordinate SC related topics with the Global Process Owner as well as local and global stakeholders.


• Prepare and maintain recurring SCM reports (daily, weekly, monthly), such as Supply Performance Dashboard, Late Goods Issue, Transport Performance, Forecasting Report, and others.


• Validate incoming data, perform consistency checks, and ensure data quality across multiple sources.


• Conduct data reconciliation and root cause analysis of deviations, and follow up on inconsistencies with relevant stakeholders.


• Identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and automate SCM reports.


• Work within project structures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

About our future employee

You should be fluent in English (minimum B2) and have at least 2 years of experience in reporting, preferably related to the supply chain.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Completed university education


• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (order management, logistics, inventory, delivery performance)


• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a structured and reliable manner


• Good knowledge of Power BI


• Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization


• Problem-solving skills and flexible work attitude


• High quality awareness, resilience, and independence considering changing requirements


• Good SAP know-how and working experience with the ERP system


• Good customer-oriented presentation and communication skills


• Ability to work in a diverse international environment
