They are looking for a System Administrator with strong endpoint management experience to join their IT team in Krakow on a 4-month contract. This role offers hands-on experience managing diverse device environments and implementing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Position Overview

As System Administrator, you'll play a key role in maintaining and supporting the organisation's IT infrastructure. You'll manage device deployment, software distribution and patch management across multiple operating systems while providing technical support to users. This position requires someone who can balance proactive system administration with responsive troubleshooting, ensuring devices remain secure, compliant and operating effectively. Your work will directly impact user productivity and system security across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux devices


• Manage software installations, updates and patch deployments


• Automate routine tasks using endpoint management tools


• Administer user accounts, permissions, Active Directory and Group Policy


• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues across Tier 1-3 support


• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory


• Ensure license compliance, data security and IT policy adherence


• Monitor system performance and security across all endpoints

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM or ManageEngine Endpoint Central


• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting tools


• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills


• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems


• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration


• Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills in English
