Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nemera's production facilities are located in the United States, France, Germany, Poland and Brazil. The head office and the Innovation Center for the design and development of devices are located in Lyon 7th.

Based at our Szczecin plant, you'll support hiring across all Nemera locations worldwide. As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll work on a diverse mix of roles, collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US, and help bring great talent into our organization.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment processes from kick-off to offer acceptance.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and find the right talent.
• Recruit across a variety of functions, including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain and support functions.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates for key roles.
• Support internal mobility and advise on appropriate assessment approaches.
• Contribute to employer branding and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment consulting or a related HR role.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitments and stakeholders at the same time.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English is required. An additional language, ideally German or French, is a strong asset given the international scope of the role and collaboration with teams across Europe.
