Test Engineer with Chinese language

We are looking for a Test Engineer to support field validation and interoperability activities for mobile communication technologies in Poland for our client - a leading global mobile device manufacturer headquartered in China.

This role combines technical testing, on-site coordination and cross-functional collaboration within an international telecom environment.

Key responsibilities:

Support communication protocol testing for mobile terminals across 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, NR) technologies.

Prepare test plans and execute field testing activities.

Perform on-site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Compile structured test reports and documentation.

Coordinate with infrastructure vendors and operators regarding interoperability topics.

Support issue triage and follow-up with R&D and system teams.

Provide on-site operational and technical support when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.

Experience in telecom field testing, mobile networks or terminal validation (experience level flexible).

Understanding of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technologies.

Experience working with operators or infrastructure vendors is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills and reliability.
