Transport Operations Specialist

As Transport Administration is in charge of ensuring the back office for the transport planners. You will also help the Transport Manager with evolutions of the IT system and ensure support for the monthly reporting.

You will be back-up for PSD support central team

• You will be the contact person to solve issues that our transport planners and transport companies face with our IT systems
• You will manage the procedure for new transport  companies in Genk
• You will be in charge to enter new tariffs in PSD for every region
• You will be in charge to add additional regions in our transport platforms
• You will close the transport costs on a monthly basis , including the reinvoicing of transport (creation + validation)
• Reporting on transport costs
• Adjustment of Fuel surcharges
• Deliver data for OFU
• Create and distribute Performance reports for every transport company
• Solve issues in dispatch (weighing bridge)
• Validate invoices in SAP Workflow
• Delivery data validation
• You will be the Back-up for PSD support central team

• Knowledge Excel, SAP, Google Workspace

• Language: English is a must, French and Dutch are a surplus
