About the role

 


As a HR Administration Specialist, you will manage and control workforce administration throughout the employee life cycle, from hire to retire. You’ll handle employee cases with accuracy and timeliness, applying your HR expertise to ensure compliance with policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities

 



  • Execute administrative activities for employee life cycle changes (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, organizational changes, and data management).

  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and memos based on business needs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update relevant systems and third parties.

  • Provide guidance on global and local HR policies and procedures.

  • Resolve employee and manager queries within agreed SLAs.

  • Escalate complex cases to Rewards, HR Managers, or other stakeholders as needed.

  • Support implementation of policy updates into transactional processes.


 

Job requirements

 



  • University degree, preferably with 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in Polish and English; with a customer-service mindset.

  • High attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage daily priorities, and adapt to change.

  • High level of discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Knowledge of Polish labor legislation or strong willingness to learn and develop in the HR domain and gain practical knowledge of labor law and personnel administration processes.

  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment with various, challenging tasks; work experience in global structure company and international environment will be an asset.

  • Availability to work from the office at least 3 days per week (office near the airport).

  • Experience with HR systems and ticketing/workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, OWC or similar) will be an advantage.
