Vice President, POM Product Owner

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Alternative Investments Transfer Agency Product Owner to join our Fund and Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Wroclaw.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• As Product Owner, have responsibility for design and delivery of new capabilities, including new markets, distribution solutions, and asset classes 
• Work directly with clients (internal and external) to identify needs and proactively solution
• Leverage operational knowledge to help design robust and scalable solutions
• Help lead the varied work of a cross‑functional group of engineers, product, and analyst specialists within an Agile construct
• Be curious about changes affecting the industry e.g. regulatory changes and emerging technologies
• Champion the disciplined use of AI

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 5-7 years of total work experience required
• Transfer Agency experience preferred
• Internal and external client‑facing experience is required
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to innovative product development
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams
