Key Responsibilities:
Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to key customer segments, ensuring alignment with business and sales priorities across all clusters.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to contribute to an integrated planning cycle—ensuring strategic alignment, incorporating insights, and adapting plans to long‑term business objectives.
Represents the voice of the customer by driving local marketing initiatives and executing a marketing strategy aligned with customer needs and zone priorities.
Oversees the strategic development, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns by monitoring performance metrics and improving targeting, engagement, and conversion rates.
Cultivates engagement and advocacy through digital communities, events, user groups, executive advisory boards, and other customer interaction forums.
Maintains a centralized persona database to support targeted and efficient outreach.
Coordinates and leads all marketing activities associated with product launches and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing market impact.
Implements strategies to enhance customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving targeted initiatives.
Supports the sales team with marketing materials, sales activation tools, and localized content to drive commercial success.
Oversees local marketing budgets and ensures effective resource planning and allocation.
Leads talent development, including performance management, selection, compensation processes, and capability building.
Works closely with business partners, European marketing teams, and other zones to ensure alignment, share best practices, and support global and local campaign execution.Drives omni‑channel, audience‑based marketing activations that align global strategy with local market dynamics.
