As part of our FAST Accounting team, you will be operating at the core of our business, where your financial skills will lead to better decision-making throughout the entire value chain. Together, we make our business run smoothly and contribute to our company’s development and growth. You will be exposed to projects that develop your skills and allow you to progress your career.

What you will be doing

The trainee in the accounting department will support the team in their daily operational tasks related to document accounting, preparing settlements, and keeping records in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish tax law and the Accounting Act. The work is carried out in the Comarch ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Entering and accounting for cost and sales documents in the Comarch ERP system.
• Verifying the correctness of Master Data files.
• Performing administrative tasks supporting the accounting department.
• Administrative tasks
• Supporting other team members in daily operational and in month end closing related activities

What you bring

• Ideally after second year of Bachelor studies in the following: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Availability around 30h/week
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Knowledge of the Comarch ERP system (e.g., Optima or another module) is a plus
• Good analytical skills, willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new accounting issues
• Basic Excel and Ms Office knowledge
