What You’ll Do

• Support IT teams in day-to-day operational and project-related activities.


• Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities.


• Participate in testing activities, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives.


• Support the delivery of technology solutions that enhance employee and business experiences.


• Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams on global initiatives.


• Help maintain project documentation, track activities, and monitor progress against objectives.


• Contribute to operational excellence by supporting reporting, governance, and continuous improvement efforts.


• Gain hands-on experience across various IT areas, including digital solutions, business applications, data analytics, service management, project management, and business transformation.

Skills & Capabilities

• University students or recent graduates (up to 1 year after graduation) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or other related fields.


• Candidates available for at least 20 hours per week.


• Communicative, proactive, and well-organized individuals with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.


• Candidates with a proficient level of written and spoken English.


• Candidates interested in technology, digital solutions, data analysis, process improvement, project management, software testing, business systems, or IT operations.


• Any exposure to tools such as Power BI, Jira, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

• In this position you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour   

• Paid internship for a duration of 6 months with the possibility to prolong to 12 months

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
