Intern - IT Service Delivery

Your Tasks

Join the IT Service Delivery team and gain practical experience in a dynamic, international IT environment. In this role, you will support operational activities and projects related to IT asset management and equipment lifecycle processes. Most of the responsibilities are performed on-site and involve close cooperation with end users and hands-on support related to IT equipment and daily operations.

• Supporting projects related to computer equipment replacement across the organization


• Assisting with IT asset inventory activities and updating data in asset management systems


• Preparing devices for handover to end users and collecting equipment after the end of their lifecycle


• Supporting the IT asset decommissioning process, including preparing devices for resale or disposal


• Providing day-to-day on-site support to employees in the area of hardware and IT equipment


• Cooperating closely with the IT team and business users on operational activities


• Assisting with ongoing tasks carried out by the IT Service Delivery team

Your Profile

• Student or graduate in IT, technology-related, or similar fields


• Interest in the IT area and motivation to develop professionally in this field


• Very good knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft 365


• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical thinking skills


• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and computer hardware support


• Accuracy, responsibility, and good work organization


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team


• Communicative level of English enabling day-to-day collaboration
