About the Program:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and data-driven project support within a global environment.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects related to reporting, data validation, and process optimization, supporting key initiatives within the Inventory Forecast Delivery (IFD) Program and Demand Planning workstream.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will support data-driven initiatives within the Global BI and Demand Planning teams, contributing to reporting, data quality, and project execution activities.

Your role will focus on supporting BI operations, ensuring data consistency, and contributing to ongoing analytics and transformation initiatives.

You will support the team by:

• Supporting validation and data consistency checks for BI systems and improvements (e.g., HANA-based solutions)

• Assisting in monitoring and maintaining the BI pipeline, ensuring continuity and follow-up on issues

• Contributing to BI automation initiatives to improve recurring data processes

• Preparing, cleansing, and validating data (e.g., order book, segmentation, forecasting inputs)

• Supporting documentation of current processes and identification of improvement opportunities

• Assisting in preparing structured datasets

• Helping ensure data consistency and quality across systems

• Supporting execution and tracking of project tasks and milestones within the IFD program

• Assisting in testing and validation of forecasting tools and models

• Supporting performance tracking and identification of data or process issues

Experience and Competencies:

Education & Background
You are a student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Intelligence, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related).

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:

• Excel (advanced level, including data manipulation)

• SQL

• Power BI, including DAX (nice to have)

Moderate knowledge of:

• Databricks

• Power Query

Nice to have:

• Alteryx

• Python

• SAP systems

Languages
You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)

Key Competencies

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Interest in Business Intelligence and data-driven decision-making

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment

• Interest in process improvement and data quality
