RIGHT NOW.\n\nDue to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Pozna\u0144 we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\u200b\n\nIT Customer Support Apprentice with German\n\nPozna\u0144, Poland\n\nYour responsibilities: \n\n * Supporting the IT Request Centre team with day-to-day tasks.\n * Interest in data analysis and a proactive attitude toward learning \u2014 ideal for those with a knack for working with numbers and patterns, even without formal training.\n * Support in handling requests for computer hardware as well as software. \n\n\n\nOur requirements:\n\n * You possess advanced German language skills. \n * You are responsible and not afraid of challenges. \n * Technical knowledge in the broad field of IT is an advantage. \n * Your \"can do\" and \"want to learn\" attitude is all you need - we will teach you the rest! \n\n\n\nWhat we offer: \n\n * Paid internship in an international company. \n * Possibility to combine the internship with classes at the university. \n * Hybrid work model. \n * Modern and comfortable office area at the Business Garden in Pozna\u0144. \n * Gaining experience in the IT area. \n * Free access to our e-learning platform \u2013 over 1000 courses, including offerings from LinkedIn Learning and Coursera. \n * Friendly international working environment. \n\n\n\nPlease send an English version of your CV. \n\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
