IT Intern Atlassian Confluence Support

ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you: 

• curious and proactive, with a strong interest in IT systems and collaboration tools   
• familiar with Atlassian Confluence or eager to learn   
• comfortable working with SQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle)   
• interested in scripting, and automation   
• organized and detail-oriented

English level: B2 

You'll get extra points for: 

• exposure to Azure DevOps (Git, YAML pipelines)  
• basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and CLI 
• knowledge about agile or Scrum methodologies  

Your responsibilities: 

• administering and configuring Confluence (GUI, platform settings, DB structure) 
• assisting with plugin replacements and custom feature development 
• writing SQL queries (MSSQL, Oracle) for reporting and troubleshooting 
• supporting users by analyzing issues and documenting solutions 
• creating procedures and technical documentation 
• collaborating with support teams to resolve incidents and improve system stability
