Signify Program for Advanced Rotational Knowledge Sharing

Program Goal

This is 2-year rotational development program designed for students who want to start their careers in Finance within a global and innovative organization.

The program aims to identify, develop, and empower future finance professionals by providing hands on exposure across multiple finance domains. Through structured rotations and continuous learning, participants gain a holistic understanding of finance.

This is more than an internship! It is a career accelerator designed to shape your future in Finance.

Program Structure

The program lasts 2 years and includes rotations every 6 months across four key finance areas:

· Treasury

· Purchase to Pay (PTP)

· Credit & Collections (C&C)

· Record to Report (RTR)

· Procurement

· Financial Planning & Accounting (FP&A)

Each rotation provides hands-on experience, real business exposure, and the opportunity to work with different teams across the finance organization.

More about you

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented students who are eager to grow in Finance.

You are:

· Student of 5th semester of Bsc studies or 1st your Msc

· Detail-oriented with high-quality standards Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proactive and improvement-driven

· Well-organized and able to manage priorities and deadlines

· A strong team player who can also work independently

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Recruitment process

Selected candidates will be invited to take part in an Interactive SPARKS recruitment stage, a business game, which:

· takes place on-site
· lasts approx. 2–3 hours
· is based on real finance business scenarios
· allows you to experience what the job looks like in practice
· helps you better understand the SPARKS rotation program and its structure
· is a unique and highly engaging part of the selection process
