Your Tasks

- Support day-to-day marketing and event operations.

- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

- Assist with the registration and organization of small trade fair booths.

- Coordinate logistics for events and marketing activities.

- Handle invoices and support basic financial administration.

- Create and update presentations and marketing materials.

- Support translation tasks.

Your Profile

- Enrolled student (business, marketing, international management, communications or similar).

- Willingness to work under a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for the duration of 1 year.

- Availability of at least 20 hours per week.

- Very good English skills; German language skills are a strong plus.

- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style.

- Good MS Office skills.

- Interest in marketing and event management.
