We are looking for a motivated and analytical team member who is passionate about data, reporting, and business intelligence. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transportation analytics within Nestlé's international Transportation Hub in Warsaw.

As an Analytics Trainee, you will support the development and maintenance of Power BI reports, work with transportation and logistics data, and contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams while gaining exposure to modern analytics solutions such as Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and SAP TM.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.


• Create and enhance DAX measures, calculated columns, and visualizations.


• Work with datasets from multiple business systems and data sources.


• Support reporting migration and enhancement projects.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.


• Participate in testing and validation of new reports and analytics solutions.


• Work with SQL and Snowflake to support analytical and reporting activities.


• Support ad-hoc analytical requests from transportation and logistics teams.

What Will Make You Successful?

• Student, graduate, or any candidate interested in developing in analytics, IT, logistics, supply chain, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related field.


• Upper-intermediate English is mandatory. Polish would be an advantage.


• Basic understanding of Power BI, including data modelling, relationships, DAX fundamentals, and dashboard creation.


• Basic knowledge of SQL.


• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis techniques.


• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.


• Strong organizational and planning skills.


• Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.


• Knowledge of Snowflake, Power Query, or SAP would be considered an advantage.
