About the Opportunity

Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking an Intern to join our Talent Team. This is a great opportunity for a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn. As an intern, you’ll gain first-hand insight into how the Learning & Development team operates within a global law firm environment.

You will support the execution of our flagship development programs, contributing directly to the growth and engagement of our people.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and delivery of L&D programs (logistics, scheduling, materials)
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning events
  • Manage participant communications and track attendance and feedback
  • Maintain learning systems and databases (LMS updates, reporting)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning initiatives


Requirements
  • University student, ideally with a focus on management, HR, business ideally
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, data, and reporting skills
  • A critical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • A team player with a collaborative approach
  • Availability minimum 32 hours per week
