We are looking for a Trainee Software Developer who is motivated to start their career in software development and gain hands-on experience working with our in-house desktop and cloud applications.

In this role, you will learn how to design, develop, and support applications by working closely with experienced team members. You will gradually build your skills by contributing to real solutions that support Manufacturing & Supply Chain operations in a global environment.

What will you learn and do?

• Support development tasks under guidance from experienced developers


• Learn to write clean and maintainable code following best practices


• Assist in testing and debugging applications


• Participate in team ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)


• Support maintenance of existing applications


• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing


• Get familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices


• Learn how cloud solutions are built and operated on Microsoft Azure

What we expect from you:

• Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently studying)


• Understanding of programming (preferably C#/.NET or similar)


• General knowledge of software development concepts


• Basic understanding of APIs or web applications is a plus


• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Strong motivation to learn and grow in a technical role


• Good communication skills in English


• Familiarity with Git or version control systems is a plus
