In Portugal, PVW Tinsa by Accumin is a market leader in real estate appraisals for financial institutions, such as credit institutions, financial companies, pension fund management companies, real estate investment funds, insurance or reinsurance companies, public and private entities, as well as private individuals.We also provide other types of services, such as valuations for accounting purposes (in accordance with IAS standards), valuations for sharing processes, mergers or acquisitions and equipment valuations.PVW Tinsa by Accumin currently has 4 dozen internal employees (REV and RICS) and an external network of around 2 hundred expert valuers, all duly registered with the CMVM for real estate valuations.Constant concern for quality and meeting deadlines, continuous adaptation to the specific needs of clients and attention to rapid information are all part of our identity.We want to be a company that provides real estate appraisal and consultancy services that is recognized for its excellence, rigour and independence and that is seen as the best option by our clients and employees.In Portugal, it began its activity in 1999, consolidating it in 2019 with the merger with PVW, which was renamed PVW Tinsa.Since 2019, the group has invested heavily in data, technology and software, with a clear focus on intelligence and innovation.In 2024, the group made a strategic change, bringing together all its businesses worldwide under a new brand: ACCUMIN.
