Troubleshoot issues with ad creation, publication, delivery, billing, and account performance.

Assist users with advertising policies, account requirements, and platform guidelines.

Guide customers through platform features and processes.

Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining high service quality.

Document and escalate complex cases to specialized teams when required

Drive customer satisfaction through efficient case management and first-contact resolution.

Base Salary €938.00

Total Package €1 248.33 inclusive (Holiday allowance €78.17, Christmas allowance €78.17, Meal allowance € 154.00 (€7 per day)

Variable up to €200.00
