For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Consultant

Familiarity with Control-M or similar job scheduling tools to ensure proper execution and monitoring of automated processes.

Experience with SQL, Summit, MS Office and Linux

Ability to perform log analysis and end-to-end flow analysis across interconnected systems to diagnose and resolve technical incidents.

Background in financial back-office or front-office operations, with understanding of financial markets concepts considered a strong plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving across technical and functional teams.

Fluency in English (B2)

Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Porto

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
