As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the supervision and management of all store areas, as well as leading the team to drive commercial performance and ensure the effective execution of daily operations. You will also assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring the high standards of service, operations, and brand image expected at HUGO BOSS.

• Support the Store Manager in recruitment and selection processes, contributing to the identification and attraction of top talent.

• Plan and organize workforce resources according to seasonality, productivity, payroll budget, and hour management, ensuring appropriate store coverage at all times.

• Take responsibility for stock control and management, ensuring adequate product availability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with the company’s internal procedures.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention measures, continuously tracking inventory discrepancies and promoting corrective actions whenever necessary.

• Support the Store Manager, Area Manager, or person in charge of the store in handling transactions, complaints, and returns, ensuring an efficient, professional, and customer-focused experience.

• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, rules, and internal procedures, including health and safety regulations, operations manuals, brand image, and uniform standards, guaranteeing their correct implementation at the point of sale.
