## Salary Package
- **Option 1:** €1,262 gross per month.
- **Option 2:** €1,059 gross per month, including a private room in shared accommodation.
## Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join a leading streaming customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal.
As an Operations Customer Expert supporting Netflix customers, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing assistance, resolving issues and delivering an excellent customer experience.
You will work in a multicultural, collaborative environment representing one of the world's most recognised entertainment brands.
## Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Assist customers with digital platforms and technology-related questions.
- Communicate clearly and demonstrate empathy in every interaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
## Requirements
- Full fluency in Castilian Spanish and one of the following languages:
- Basque
- Catalan or Valencian
- Galician
- English proficiency at B1 level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Confidence using technology and digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability and empathy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
