Right now, we are looking for a BI Data Visualization Consultant for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence and Data Visualization solutions to support business decision -making;
Create and explore reports, dashboards, and analytical views that provide meaningful and actionable insights;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into visualization solutions;
Work with both relational and non -relational databases to collect, transform, and analyze data;
Support the design and evolution of Business Intelligence architectures and reporting environments;
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and visualization layers;
Implement and manage data security controls, access permissions, and governance best practices;
Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions and data models;
Document reporting processes, data flows, and BI solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You must have:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or a related field;
More than 3 years of professional experience working with relational and non -relational databases (SQL and NoSQL);
At least 1 year of experience with Business Intelligence architectures;
At least 1 year of experience creating, analyzing, and maintaining reports and dashboards;
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and analytical reporting;
Experience with data security, access management, and data governance principles;
Experience working with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or equivalent;
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
Team spirit, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
